If you are coming into our hospitals for routine surgery, here’s some information you may find useful to make sure you are kept safe:
- You may be asked to consider reducing the time you spend in enclosed, crowded spaces before coming in for your operation
- Try to avoid people who symptoms of COVID-19 or other respiratory infections, and those who have a temperature or feel unwell
- Consider having your flu and COVID-19 vaccines/boosters if you are eligible before coming in for your operation
