ESNEFT Board of Directors meetings

We are an anchor institution with a long standing presence in the community and are proud to have the significant opportunity to create social value.

We recognise that for some of the communities we serve there are long standing health inequalities due to social deprivation and other factors.

We also know that sometimes the people who need our care most often face barriers to getting access to services. We are working with our partners to remove these barriers.

We actively work with our communities as an employer, purchaser, land and buildings owner and in our stewardship of the environment. This means that we are more than a health provider.

The Trust’s Board of Directors meetings are ‘held in public’ and anyone is welcome to attend. At the end of the formal meeting, there is a brief opportunity for members of the public to ask questions of information or clarification relating to matters on the agenda.

All agenda and draft resolutions of business meetings held, together with the approved minutes of same, are published in this section a few days before each meeting.
