By bus

The closest bus stops to the hospital are in the town centre which is 7 minutes’ walk away from the hospital via Park Lane. Bus routes 64 and 65 are operated by First.  Bus route 521 is operated by Border Bus. Buses 522, 64, 65, 964 also run a service to Aldeburgh Hospital.

By car or motorbike

Leave the A12 on to the A1094, signposted Aldeburgh and Leiston. At the roundabout take the third exit into Victoria Road then turn right into Park Road. Park Road is a private road but is always open for access to the hospital.

Parking is free.

By train

Aldeburgh does not have a train station. Saxmundham Rail Station (SAX) is 7.3 miles from the hospital.  The station does not have a taxi rank. Bus route 521 runs from Saxmundham Rail Station to Aldeburgh Cinema on the High Street.  The hospital is 7 minutes’ walk via High Street and Park Lane. Bus route 64 runs from Street Farm Road near the train station to Aldehouse Drive in Aldeburgh.  The hospital is 7 minutes’ walk via Victoria Road and Park Lane.
