Managers and leaders development at ESNEFT
In order to respond to the ever changing healthcare environment, we need to identify, develop and grow successful managers and leaders who are knowledgeable, resourceful, innovative, able to challenge and rethink current practice and who become influencers and agents of change.
We provide a number of leadership development programmes for staff at all stages of their development. These aim to equip leaders and managers with practical skills and knowledge, whilst encouraging aspiration and preparing leaders for more responsibility. These programmes include:
- Clinical lead development programme
- Operational leadership development programme
- The ‘Licence to Lead’ programme
