Development for non-medical professionals at ESNEFT
We offer a multi-professional preceptorship programme to support newly registered professionals to develop in their new role. We are a learning organisation and recognise the value of ongoing professional development.
We work in partnership with local higher education Institutes and other providers to ensure suitable and appropriate courses are available. This enables the patients to benefit from a skilled and developed workforce.
We also offer internal clinical skills training courses.
