I am a Lead Consultant at Ipswich Hospital, a former Regional Educational Programme Advisor and ex-committee Chair and Advisor to the PCT.

My areas of special interest include oro-facial cancer, facial deformity, facial trauma, diseases of the temporomandibular joints and all aspects of oral surgery and oral medicine. These include stomatology, diseases of the salivary glands, dento-alveolar surgery and implantology.

I have been a Consultant at Ipswich since 1996 covering Suffolk and North Essex. I am the Chairman of the East of England Orthodontic Clinical Managed Network.  I am heavily involved in specialty teaching having held the East of England Training Programme Director position for the last ten years.

I previously also held the position of Royal College of England Regional Advisor.
