ESNEFT’s EpicCare Link for primary care colleagues
EpicCare Link ESNEFT is a web-based solution that allows GP’s (and other healthcare partners) to access information about patients they have referred to ESNEFT. It is the window of EpicEPR primary care can use.
With EpicCare Link ESNEFT, our primary care colleagues can check admissions, waiting lists, discharges, emergency department attendances, outpatients and ESNEFT-ordered results.
All new requests for community clinicians or administrative users need to be submitted by your designated site administrator. To appoint a new site administrator, please request a new account and be sure to tick the box which indicates you will be site administrator ahead of submission.
EpicCare Link is currently a pilot project with some of our primary care providers in the area, so not an option to all providers at the moment.

EpicCare Link accounts are locked if not used for 90 days.
