Our funding

We receive around £600m per year to run our services, pay our staff and look after our buildings.

We get most of this money from local GPs for providing services for their patients. The GPs arrange this through local clinical commissioning groups, or CCGs. The rest of our money comes from the national NHS for more complicated care or treatment.

You can read about how we spend our money in our annual reports. The first annual report for ESNEFT will be published in July 2019.
