Guide to useful contacts for staff at ESNEFT
Before you start in your role the recruitment team will be your first point of contact.
This is a list of the teams that you may need to contact in your first few weeks at work.
The Retention team will also be in-touch at some point in your first year to see if you need any further support. You will meet them at your induction, and you can contact the team at any time after you start at the Trust.

Employee helpdesk
Our employee helpdesk is open seven days a week, including bank holidays, from 6am to 6pm. The phone number is 0300 303 1361
The helpdesk team can help you with:
- pay queries
- recruitment information
- Health Roster questions
- training and education
- medical staffing
- queries with the ESR portal
- reporting sickness (after speaking with your line manager)
When you have an assignment number, you can access the online self-service employee helpdesk (Opens in a new window)
The Employee Relations team have a range of resources and templates for staff. These can be found in our policy and guides section. Including sections on absence, bullying, leave, and retirement.
