Wellbeing support
We now have a well-established Wellbeing Hub and staff psychology services supporting all staff. There are also wellbeing ambassadors across the organisation.
Resources are available to support colleagues during times of increased work pressures. Our wellbeing team and Mental Health First Aiders promote support services available to staff and provide a peer support programme that has the benefits of offering fresh solutions and shared experiences.
Our staff psychology service also covers a range of topics such as managing stress and PTSD. They support colleagues needing help to continue working or returning back to work.
Chaplaincy support
The chaplains provide pastoral, spiritual and religious care for patients, relatives, and visitors. They are also there for staff when they need a compassionate listening ear. They offer support to people of all faiths and beliefs. They are also there for those who do not identify with any particular faith or belief system.
The chaplains will recognise you as an individual and respect your values, age, gender, disability, cultural, and sexual orientation.
