Diabetes appointments

Your appointment at the Ipswich Hospital Diabetes Centre Ipswich

At your appointment we will assess, support and educate you to help manage your diabetes.

It is helpful if you can prepare for all of your appointments with the Diabetes Service by:

• Thinking about what you would like to discuss
• Ensuring you know what current medications and doses you are taking
• Bringing your blood glucose meter to clinic
• Uploading the data from your insulin pump and/or continuous glucose monitor ahead of your appointment (if applicable)
