MSK physiotherapy clinics in the community

The department has various outreach clinics across East Suffolk to improve accessibility for patients.

Please see below for a list of surgeries we can offer to best suit your travel needs.

On the day of your appointment the surgery staff will request to check your temperature and are advised to ask a few questions about your recent health.

The capacity at these outreach clinics are limited therefore you may be seen in Ipswich Hospital at an earlier convenience, based on the urgency of your follow-up appointments.

Aldeburgh Hospital

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment is due to start.
• Please inform the reception staff of your appointment. The reception staff will direct you a physiotherapy waiting area.

Felixstowe Hospital

At present due to COVID-19:

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment is due to start.
• Please remain in your vehicle until we call you on your mobile phone for your appointment.
• If unable, a single chair present in MIC for patients to sit and wait.
• No additional visitors are allowed to escort you into your appointment.
• If you are a carer or require additional help, please let your therapist know before your appointment.

Hadleigh Health Centre

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment is due to start.
• When you arrive please enter the building and turn left at the stairs. This will lead you to our reception area.
• Please inform the reception staff of your appointment.

Stowmarket, Stow Health

• On arrival please alert the surgery staff by pressing the intercom button.
• The surgery staff will direct you to the third floor physiotherapy reception area.
• Please inform the reception staff of your appointment.
