Optometry at ESNEFT

We provide clinics at Colchester Primary Care Centre, Ipswich hospital, Clacton Hospital and Harwich Hospital.

We provide visual rehabilitation to patients, and provide diagnostic support to our medical colleagues. Specialist optometrists also work in clinics such as cataract, glaucoma and medical retina.

The service encompasses:

• Refraction for babies, children and adults
• Contact lens service
• Low Vision Assessment (L.V.A.) clinic
• Children’s Optometry clinics
• Visual Field assessment
• Corneal topography analysis
• Colour Vision assessment
• Cataract surgery pre-assessment biometry

Some services are only available at certain sites.
