Psychosexual therapy

Psychosexual therapy for cancer patients

A diagnosis of cancer can affect how you see yourself, your body image and your relationship. Our therapist can work with you, or with you and your partner to help you understand yourselves and your life situations more clearly. They can help you make decisions and adapt your thinking or behaviour to help you come to terms with problems and achieve a more satisfying life.

This service is available for patients treated at Colchester and Ipswich hospitals. Your key worker, nurse specialist or the Cancer Wellbeing Centre team/John Le Vay team can all refer you to the psychosexual service.

We offer appointments via Zoom, FaceTime or by telephone.
