Patient Experience Team

Working with ESNEFT’s patients, carers and community

By telling us what you think of our services, we can improve the care we give our patients.

Involving patients and carers helps us think about things from your point of view. We want to work with you to improve everything we do.

We welcome the support from people who give their time to help us understand how our services help you. This includes patients, carers, family members, and people from voluntary and community groups.

Interested in getting involved? Please contact 01473 704 353 or email the patient experience team.

Join us and share your experiences

We want to hear about your experience at our hospitals and in the community.

You can share your experiences and give us with your views at patient panels.

Groups meet throughout the year to help us decide how we should care for people. They also review the comments from patients about their care. This would be your chance to get involved in projects about the future of healthcare in your area.

Members can get involved in patient panels in a way that suits them. Members can take part by email, phone or at meetings. We want to hear from you and are inclusive of all backgrounds in the communities we serve. We will provide you with a safe space to share ideas.

Our current patient panels you may wish to join include:

  • Cancer (a joint Ipswich and Colchester hospitals group)
  • Diabetes (an Ipswich Hospital group)
  • Youth forums

If you want to join an area not listed, let us know and we can look into setting up a panel.

Our Patient Experience team support all groups. We would love to hear your feedback and invite you to join any of our panels.
