  • The Emergency Gynaecology Assessment Unit (opening hours Monday–Friday 8am-4pm)
  •  The gynaecology doctor on call at the hospital

We appreciate that bleeding in early pregnancy can be a very anxious time.

If your are experiencing bleeding, contact one of the following:

  • your GP
  • your community midwife
  • out of hours service

If the bleeding is very heavy or you cannot manage your pain, please attend the Emergency Department (A&E).
