Patients using MyChart will notice a change to the login page when they sign in.
The app and website login page will now include an NHS login button.

How MyChart will look on the phone app – some users may see different options such as Face ID
The change means patients can now use either their MyChart username and password or NHS login details to access their account, whichever is their preference. The NHS login is the login used when accessing the NHS App.
Once logged in, patients will still be able to view and manage their MyChart account as before. It does not mean MyChart is linked to the NHS app or their GP record.
