East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust’s (ESNEFT) new clinical strategy will come under the spotlight when the Board holds its next meeting on Thursday (2 November).
The Board will discuss the strategy, which sets out how the Trust will work towards its ambition to offer the best care and experience, as well as increasing equity in health outcomes over the coming five years.
This will be supported by five strategy objectives which focus on keeping people in control of their own health, supporting and developing staff, developing centres of excellence, driving technology-enabled care and leading the integration of care.
During the meeting, the Board will also discuss ESNEFT’s finances and latest performance, as well as hearing more about a patient’s experience of receiving care from the Trust.
