Pulmonary rehabilitation classes

Pulmonary rehabilitation classes are currently delivered from the following sites twice a week.

• Riverside Centre, 6 Great Glemham Rd, Stratford St Andrew, Saxmundham IP17 1LL
• Stowmarket Scout Hall, Milton Road North, Stowmarket, IP14 1EX
• Hartismere Hospital, Castleton Way, Eye IP23 7BH
• Tendring District Scout Centre, Valley Road, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, CO15 6NA
• Greenstead Community Centre, Hawthorn Avenue, Colchester, Essex, CO4 3QE

We can also offer virtual group pulmonary rehabilitation via Microsoft Teams, twice a week for a six-week programme.  Please contact us if you would be interested in this option.
