We can also deal with complaints

We will try to help you resolve any problems or concerns, but if we can’t, we will help you make a formal complaint. There is a separate complaints department, you can contact them using the link on the left.

If you do wish to make a complaint, you can start off by speaking to a member of staff in the department where you are being seen or contact us directly and we will help you.

Here is a complaints form that you can print at home and send in to us.  Otherwise contact us and we will post you a paper form.
