Your journey begins with a comprehensive induction programme. All new employees are welcomed by the Managing Director or a member of the Board and then given the essential information about working at ESNEFT including much of the mandatory training required.
As well as a full ESNEFT induction, all employees have a local induction programme which helps familiarise you with department-specific requirements and training in the area where you work.
A yearly appraisal discussion with your manager gives you the opportunity to reflect on your work, understand how you contribute to the organisation and the important role you play in delivering great care every day. Your annual appraisal is a constructive and motivational platform to agree objectives and identify any development that you may need to reach your full potential.Back to top
