The Maternity building at Ipswich Hospital is one of the town’s most iconic buildings.
Work starts today which will give it essential repairs and also a new look (see artist’s impression).
It is not just a makeover – the building work is essential. The work includes a coating (it is not cladding) and it’s no additional cost to have the colour coating. The design has been agreed by local planners and has received positive feedback from local people.
