The Ipswich Hospital User Group (IHUG) meets every six weeks.
The meeting is an opportunity to discuss the collective voice of patients, carers, family members, representatives from voluntary and community groups and work in partnership with the Trust feeding back how the services are meeting the needs of the local community and offering suggestions to staff influencing their own care and services they receive.
